I joined HR Generalist on the Talent Acquisition Team almost 2 years ago. I handle day-to-day tasks in a range of different areas including onboarding new hires, facilitating communication during change management initiatives, driving employee engagement efforts and administering our employee reward and recognition program.
Prior to joining DwyerOmega I worked in Administration for an investment firm, developing many of the soft skills vital to my role as HR Generalist. I have since gained an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification, demonstrating my fundamental knowledge of Human Resources. In the near future, I will be pursuing a higher certification in line with my interest in continuous development in my field.
Fun fact: I love to travel and have a have a charm bracelet to collect charms as memories of the countries I have visited.
