I have been with the organization for four years and have a diverse professional background, which has given me a strong foundation in excellence across different types of customer experiences. As the DwyerOmega Customer Experience Manager, I oversee and enhance the overall experience that our customers have with our organization. We strive to ensure that every interaction a customer has is positive, meets or exceeds their expectations and is a direct reflection of our company’s values.
