Product Overview
This microprocessor-based family of pH panel mounted controller is designed for a wide variety of environmental monitoring applications. The units features automatic or manual temperature compensation of pH, two 5 amp mechanical relays and a choice of a scalable 4 to 20 mA, or 0 to 20 mA control or recording output or a 0 to 10 V output. For ease of operation all calibration and parameter setpoints are selectable through the front keypad. The PHCN model can be interfaced with a variety of pH electrodes.
*The ORCN and OPCN models have been discontinued. Please contact our Electronic Engineering department if you are in need of a replacement for these series.*

An excellent pH controller
This is a really nice pH controller. Very reliable, easy to use, great instructions, and many other cool features. I originally bought a pH controller from Cole-Parmer which really sucked. I decided to try this one and I'm very happy with my purchase! Thanks you Omega.

Is the PHCN-37 PH controller compatible with the PHE-7352-15 sensor?
Thank you for your inquiry about the pH controller. Yes, the PHE-7352-15 pH probe is compatible with the PHCN-37 controller since it has a universal BNC connector.

Hi, My Name is Dee, our PH Controller is reading .8 lower than it should be. Do you have a document that shows how to re-calibrate our PH Controller Item# PHCN-37? Thank You Dee
We do have a full manual for the PHCN-37 pH controller that will assist you instead of the Quick Guide listed. Please email flow@omega.com and put in the subject line: PHCN-37 manual and can send that out quickly.

Have an PHCN-37 PH Controller that is displaying -LMT. The pH Probe and Cable has been replaced, but still reading -LMT. The unit had been reading the pH properly since it was first installed a couple months ago. The unit is less than a year old.
Thank you for your inquiry. Let’s attempt a technique that will determine the functionality of the PHCN-37 controller. If you can obtain a metal paper clip or wire and please remove the pH probe in back of the controller where it is connected via the BNC connector. With power ON to the PHCN-37 controller, place one end of the paper clip directly centered in the BNC connector of the controller and the other end, place it on the outer shell, to complete circuit. Then, see if the display on the controller reads close to ‘7.00,’ '6.99,’ or ‘6.98,’ or if it is grossly off, such as ‘4.00’ or ‘5.00,’ then it may need to be repaired. If not, then problem may be with the pH probe.
Please forward your response to flow@omega.com to follow up.

Why does my screen keep reading -lmt I know it stands for the limit it acceptable but when I take it out of the water and put it in buffer it still reads that
Thank you for your inquiry. It may be a symptom where the pH probe may need to be replaced.
