How do you strip the white jacket/insulation off of the 4 wire RTD? I have a problem nicking the black and red insulated wires. I also have a major fraying issue with all of the insulation on these.

Thank you for connecting with Omega. We have large automated machines that do the wire stripping for our production. Unfortunately we no longer sell the handheld thermal wire strippers.

What are the dimensions of the EXPP-4CU-24S?

Thank you for your inquiry! Each of the 24-AWG wires has a diameter of 0.0201 inches. When all four wires are pressed together they will form a nominal length and width of .0402 inches.
