Model 88008(*)
Micro-sensor probe, designed for precise measurements of small surface areas, such as transistors and integrated circuits. Small contact surface area of 0.040 x 0.118" for fast response. 400°C (750°F) max. surface temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88009(*)
Thin-body type probe designed to measure the surface of the bottom of narrow gaps or slits, like that of a plate heater. 260°C (500°F) max. service temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88013(*)
Fast-response spring-loaded compact tip probe, for measurements to 815°C (1500°F). Surface pad made from 400 series stainless steel. 0.187" dia. surface area. Not designed for long-term exposure to high temperatures.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88014(*)
Right angle version of the 88013. Fast-response spring-loaded compact tip probe, for measurements to 815°C (1500°F). Surface pad made from 400 series stainless steel. 0.187" dia. surface area. Not designed for long-term exposure to high temperatures.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88104(*)
Right angle version of the 88008, with unique lateral spring design and small contact surface area. 400°C (750°F) max. surface temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88301(*)
Suitable for measuring internal temperatures of semi-solid materials, such as rubbers, plastics, clay, as well as for liquid measurements. Tapered stainless steel sheath with 480°C (900°F) max service temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88305(*)
Measure temperatures in moving air, with drilled sheath protect the thermocouple, while exposing it to air flow. 0.5 to 20 second response time (depending on air velocity). 480°C (900°F) max service temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88306(*)
Pointed tip design, ideal for measuring soft and semi-frozen material, molten plastics and rubbers. 4" sheath, with 6 to 20 s response time. 500°C (930°F) max service temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88307(*)
Longer version of the 88306, with 12" sheath.
Note: element not replaceable.
Model 88308(*)
Specially designed fine hypodermic needle probe, least likely to disturb the surrounding insertion area. 6 to 20 second response time, 205°C (400°F) max. service temperature.
Note: element not replaceable.
*Specify Calibration: K: CHROMEGA™-ALOMEGA™ E: CHROMEGA-Constantan
All 88000 series probes are supplied with retractable cable [expands to 1.5 m (5')] and male subminiature connector.

Try and Try Again
It would be helpful to show a scale next to the probes. The website says probes are shown 'actual size' but actual size depends on the user's screen size. Also, Omega's technical adviser told me to order the wrong TC type. I'm on my third try getting a temperature probe after two returns.
