Product Overview
The OMEGAROMETER™ Series accelerometers are designed for industrial vibration measurements. These accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed 316L stainless steel case suitable for harsh environments. The ACC793 is a high performance accelerometer with a top cable exit. FM and CSA intrinsic safety approval is an available option.

Show Ratings & Reviews
It is not completely clear from the spec sheet how the ACC793 should be wired up. How is it intended for the power to get in, and for the signal to get out, through the same pin? Is there a sample circuit or application note available anywhere?
The ACC793 accelerometer is part of a system consisting of the accelerometer, a cable from the accelerometer (ACC-CB7-10) to an in-line constant current power supply (ACC-PS5). You will also need an output cable with a BNC connector to connect to the device you will be using to read the signal. We do not offer the output cable.

Are the Accelerometers able to be adjusted to a more limited peak g force range? say 10g, or changing the sensitivity of the device from 100mV/g to 500mV/g?
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the accelerometers are not able to be adjusted. The sensitivity and hence the g range is fixed. Please contact our Tech Support if you have any future questions we can assist you with.
