Rated 5 out of 5 by JimboIndy from Holds up to elevated temperatures Purchased this wire about three weeks ago for an upcoming U.L. test. Insulation held up very well to temperatures of 600 to 800°F. I thought the test conditions, heat/grease/mechanical abuse, would destroy the thermocouples and that they would need to be replaced for each test run. I was wrong. They survived several test runs and are still usable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dinah from Wire The wire is fine, however the outer sheathing isn't brown, it's green. I was assured that this would come in Green and White for the chromel/alumel and the sheathing would be brown.
