Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more noise. We use these in an industrial furnace with a 6 foot long heating coil powered by a three phase transformer. The PID controller couldn't get an intelligible signal from a standard probe, but when replaced by these probes with an exposed tip, all the AC noise went away. I'm very glad to have found these.
