What is the density for part number XC4-K-24?

Thank you for the inquiry. This product does not have a rated density. From the wire spec page you can find the weight / 1000 ft spool and the nominal OD.

Hi, may you explain the durability difference post heating, between: high temp glass, silica, vitreous silica, and nextel ceramic? Specifically 700C exposure. Most ceramic fiber insulation I've used starts to fall apart after exposure. Thank you!

High temperature glass ( HH ) is rated to 704 C and can be used without stainless steel or Inconel over braid. Over braid is available if exposed to abrasive or repeated bending conditions. It is recommended to use over braid to maintain integrity of the Nextel ceramic and silica fibers.

Is it durable enough to use it(XC-4) at least 50 times with inconel overbraid? One time usage is considered as increasing temp up to 750 and 04 hours of soaking time at 750 °C and again lowering temp to room temp.
Thank you for the inquiry. The XC-4 can handle this with the inconel over braid. The XC and XS can also take this temperature with inconel over braid.
