Product Overview
OMEGA’s PGM series gauges are suitable for corrosive environments in chemical, petro-chemical, refining, power, marine and food and pharmaceutical processing applications. The PGM series comes in a 63 mm (2½') or 100 mm (4') case, features all stainless steel construction and is environmentally protected to IP65.
The PGM series can also be liquid filled in the field. Liquid filled pressure gauges provide users with a number of advantages in certain applications. They are ideally suited for uses on equipment where excessive vibration and pulsation are encountered such as pumps, compressors and machine tools etc. The liquid fill minimizes the effect of these severe environments, protects the gauge internals and provides continuous lubrication in the mechanism, all adding up to extended service life. Liquid filling provides greater protection of the gauge internals from corrosive atmospheres. Gauges can be filled with a variety of fluids including glycerin, mineral oil and silicone oil.

2 1/2" PGM Vacuum Gauge
Gauge delivered on time. On arrival our calibration staff checked the gauge and found that it couldn't be zeroed. Contacted customer service and was told the gauge could not be returned because it had been used. Understood that it was a cheaper gauge could not be calibrated. Was hoping that accuracy could be verified but it failed.

What is the weight of one of these gauges? I am looking specifically at PGM-100B-6000PSI and PGM-100B-40Bar
Thank you for your inquiry. These weigh less than 5 lbs.

Does this gauge (and other gauges you sell) come with a calibration certificate? If not, can I purchase this separately?
Gene, these are low cost OEM gauges, these will not come with calibration, and we do not have the ability to calibrate them.

How do you calibrate zero? My gauge came in and it as well below zero.
The zero offset may caused buy an imbalance between the internal pressure inside the gauge and the outside pressure. You can try "burping" the gauge by momentarily removing the rubber plug on the top of the gauge. There is no mechanical adjustment procedure for these gauges

Hi, I have 12 of these gauges and would like to fill them with oil. Do you have oil that we can buy to fill them with? How much would I need to complete this job?
We do not sell the fill oils for the gauges. You can use glycerin, silicone oil or mineral oil to fill them. All should be fairly easy to locate. You should leave a small air space of approximately a 1/4 inch from the top of gauge when you fill them
