OMEGA’s standard size jack panels are fabricated using snap-in SJP connectors in a 2.3 mm (0.09") aluminum panel. Standard panels take up to 6.12.18, 24, 36, 48, 54, or 72 circuits. Other panels available upon request. Custom Panels are $1000 minimum order for custom SKU part number.
The snap-in jacks contain two female, collet-type, spring-loaded terminals that will accept any standard male thermocouple connector. They accommodate wires up to 14 AWG and are made from alloys to match ANSI thermocouple grade calibrations. The connector bodies are molded of high-impact plastic and have a maximum service temperature of 220°C (425°F). The panels are machined from rugged 2.3 mm (0.09") aluminum with a brushed finish. Clear anodizing adds durability and corrosion resistance.

Durable jack panels
These jack panels work great for years of reliable service! The only downside is they become brittle when exposed to continuous heat and will break if you try to remove them..I've never had one break in 10+ years of service in hot environment, though!

Jack Panels With Color-Coded Standard Connectors C$67.00 Item# SJP1-06-T Can you sent me this item's cut out demintion drawing when we mounting this into panel door?
We cannot provide a drawing for the cutout as it is proprietary. The connector center to center space is 0.750" and the cutout size is 0.635" x 1.195". The panel size itself is 5.75" x 2.63". Omega Panel Punch CP-5 is the punch that we would recommend to use for cutting the proper hole for this jack panel.

Is P/N SJP2-12-J-M available with pre-mounted miniature male plugs?
The SJP2-12-J-M jack panel will have male connectors pre-installed in the panel.

What would the large square cutout size be for a Item# SJP2-12-J? Do you have a PDF or sheet that shows the cutouts for all the models?
