Description
The OMB-DBK20 and OMB-DBK21general-purpose digital I/O cardsexpand the number of digital I/O lines byforty-eight per card. The OMB-DBK20and OMB-DBK21 connect to the digitalO connectors on the OMB-LOGBOOK,OMB-DAQBOARD-2000 Series orOMB-DIGIBOOK-72 data acquisitionsystems.Please note that when either theOMB-DBK20 or OMB-DBK21 isconnected, the OMB-LOGBOOK,OMB-DAQBOARD-2000 Series orOMB-DIGIBOOK-72 digital I/O linesdo not function as digital I/O lines foruser-connected digital signals. Thus,for example, the first OMB-DBK20 orOMB-DBK21 card attached increasesthe system’s number of usable digitalO lines from twenty-four to forty-eight,and subsequent cards each addforty-eight additional lines of user-programmabledigital I/O.
Up to four OMB-DBK20 orOMB-DBK21 cards can be attachedto the P2 port of a system, for a totalof 192 lines.The OMB-DBK20 and OMB-DBK21differ only in that the OMB-DBK20features screw-terminals for signaloutputs, whereas the OMB-DBK21provides DB37 male connectors forsignal outputs.
