I manage an Inside Sales team who support Field Sales territories across The Americas and Regional Channel Partners and Distributors, one of the fastest growing areas of our business.
My DwyerOmega story began 22 years ago when I joined the Customer Service team so I have a deep knowledge of our customers and partners. I also have considerable experience across our brand portfolio, gained through my involvement in a range of company-wide projects as I progressed with my roles. This understanding and knowledge has proved invaluable in my favorite part of my job, which is learning about our growing brand family to identify and deliver process improvements to benefit both my team and other teams across the business. The people in these teams and the passion they have for what they do is by far, the best thing about working for DwyerOmega.
Fun fact: I used to be a welder and built wrought iron fences and spiral stairs.
