Question on CHAL-002
I bought CHAL-002 to 005 to fit my needs. They wirk great. Love them.
CHAL-002 seems to fit best for my needs however the wire is so delicate that it kept breaking when I connected to controller. Any suggestions?

Unreliable
Have been using Omega TCs for 40 years. The last 3 orders of small (0.001 and 0.002 inch) diameter type S thermocouples have been unreliable. Products have arrived with wires crossed and junctions 4 to 6 times the wire diameter with what appears to be black soot on wires and bead. Not all, but a significant fraction of the TCs failed to correctly register temperature. OMEGA customer service dropped the ball on my inquiries.
