Rugged In-Line Flow Sensors
Available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1-1/4" sizes with anodized aluminum, brass and/or stainless steel flow cartridges. Comes with 4.5 m (15') of stripped end integral cable. In the field, integral cable can be extended up to 300 m (1000') with shielded copper cable. Units are securely protected in a sturdy cast aluminum enclosure, and are easy to install and mount in any position, vertical or horizontal. Capable of monitoring fluids to 150 GPM or pneumatic lines to 1000 SCFM.

Accurate but flawed design
Initial testing revealed accurate totalized flow but having to pull off the cover (4 screws) every time you want to reset the totalizer is ridiculous. Considering using the 2 unused wires and a couple of PLC outputs to mimic button pressing. So much for the warranty. Can't output the totalized flow number instead of the flowrate.

Can this unit be use with 100% Oxygen
Thank you for your inquiry! These units are not oxygen cleaned and therefore can result in hazardous conditions if used with oxygen. Use with 100% oxygen would not be recommended

Can these units be NIST traceably calibrated?
Thank you for your inquiry and it has an option to purchase with a NIST cert. You will need to add as a suffix, '-NIST' to the part number.

When looking at the spec sheet for model FLR6750D, it list the medium used "Air 100 psi", is 100 psi the minimum usable pressure? I only see a maximum values listed, 1000psi but no mention of a "minimum psi"
Thank you for your inquiry. The FLR6750D for air measurement is calibrated at 100 PSI and is the required minimum pressure.

Can this unit be used to measure c02 flow and total consumption? Will it data log on the sensor?
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, no and it does not have a data logger feature. Advise to use the FMA1700/1800A mass flow meter and has an output that can be sent or connected to a separate data logger to record or track the total consumption of gas.
