Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, dependable level transmitter We have been using these Omega Level sensors for more than 10 years now. I like them because they are simple to use and install, work well for our application, they tend to be pretty dependable as well as accurate, to within about 1/4" the best I can tell. We use them to monitor liquid chlorine bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) in a 1,100 and 2,000 gallon plastic tanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from V-notch weir measurement We use this to measure the depth of water for a v-notch weir on a Fluid Metering experiment in Chemical Engineering. The V-notch weir is an ancient way of measuring water and is taught to show the evolution of water measurement. The original one I bought from Omega had a loose wire from 8 years of use and the measurements made no sense. I bought this model again as it works great for our needs.
