Ce connecteur M12 compensé pour les thermocouples, fournit un moyen rapide et fiable de connecter le capteur à votre matériel de surveillance ou contrôle par voie d'un câble d'extension M12 compensé. Les sondes thermocouple de la série M12 sont disponibles en deux configurations - Type K avec une gaine en Inconel 600 et Type J avec une gaine en acier inox 304. What is the pinout for the M12KIN-1/8-U-2-B model and how do the pin outputs read a temperature?

Thank you for the inquiry. The M12 pins are set up so that pin 3 is (-) and pin 2 is (+). The pins provide connection point for the electrical signal. Following link may help you with detail;
