Ce connecteur M12 compensé pour les thermocouples, fournit un moyen rapide et fiable de connecter le capteur à votre matériel de surveillance ou contrôle par voie d'un câble d'extension M12 compensé. Les sondes thermocouple de la série M12 sont disponibles en deux configurations - Type K avec une gaine en Inconel 600 et Type J avec une gaine en acier inox 304. Les diamètres des gaines standards sont 3mm and 6mm, et la longueur standard est 200mm. Ces sondes thermocouple peuvent être commandées en d'autres longueurs si besoin.

What is the pinout for the M12KIN-1/8-U-2-B model and how do the pin outputs read a temperature?

Thank you for the inquiry. The M12 pins are set up so that pin 3 is (-) and pin 2 is (+). The pins provide connection point for the electrical signal. Following link may help you with detail;
