The OM-CP-MICROTEMP is a miniature, submersible, self-contained temperature data logger that can record up to 32,767 measurements. Only 66 mm (2.6') tall and 18 mm (0.7') in diameter, it can fit in the smallest spaces—even down the neck of a beverage bottle! This industrial-grade instrument can operate in temperatures from -40 to 80ºC (-40 to 176ºF) and is accurate to ± 0.5ºC (0.9ºF). Its stainless steel casing is designed for use with most common fluids and gases. Applications include pharmaceuticals, biomedical research, food processing, and transport.
With the Windows-based software, the user can view temperature readings in Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin, and Rankine. The software can also calculate pasteurization units and mean kinetic temperature. Data can be printed in graphic or tabular format, or exported to a text or Microsoft Excel file.
