Unreliable data, outdated manual, klunky interface
This unit has been a huge waste of time and money. A whole host of issues slowed down test and the unit ultimately failed to record data wasting test resources. Firstly, the SD card that was shipped with the unit does not work with the meter. After troubleshooting and calling tech support (which also didn't know the issue) I found a SD card that worked. The commands to record data don't match the manual. After trial and error I got the unit to record data files. Assuming that it would operate as I verified, I started my test and occasionally checked to ensure the unit was still recording data via the screen. However, upon completion of the test, the card only stored a whopping 20 data points (10 minutes) for a 8+ hour test. Not only am I out $500, I wasted my time and resources setting up a test that now has no data.

Bad PH meter
The unit new when open had some kind of oxidation or corrorition on the electrode had trouble getting it returned. We followed the calibration instruction and could not get a good reading with this pH unit, call support and they said after a few minutes of tests he said there must be something wrong with the unit to send the unit back. I was given a case # and waited for a Return Authorization it never came shipped it back to Omega. I just want my money back for this unit.
