Description

The THX-400-GP probe sutable for use with an HDX handle is ideal for general purpose immersion measurement in gases and liquids. Made from a rugged 1/8" (3.1 mm) O.D. 304 stainless steel sheath 12" (304 mm) long, the probe will adapt to most process applications. A high precision 44033 thermistor element is used (2252 ohm @ +25°C), which provides 0.1°C interchangeability and a temperature range of -40 to 100°C (-40 to 212°F).

The THX-400-AP is designed for HVAC applications. The small diameter sheath and radiant energy shield easily fit into duct work, grilles and vents. The probe will work with the OMEGA HDX handle or can be permanently mounted using OMEGALOK compression fittings. Made from a rugged 3/16" (4.8 mm) O.D. 304 stainless steel sheath 12" (304 mm) long, the tip is perforated to expose the thermistor bead to air flow for fast, accurate measurements. The 44033 precision thermistor element is rated to 100°C (212°F).

The THX-400-NPsharp pointed probe is used with a rugged HDX handle. It will easily pierce soft and semi-frozen material as well as soil and sand. Made from a rugged 1/8" (3.1 mm) O.D. 304 stainless steel sheath 12" (304 mm) long. A high precision 44033 thermistor element is used which provides 0.1°C interchangeability and a temperature range of -40 to 100°C (-40 to 212°F).

The OMEGA HDX Handle is suitable for use with these quick disconnect probes. It must have an uncompensated OST connector and copper extension cord.

What are the steinhart coefficients for the THX-400-GP-4 thermistor?
