This TH-10 Series general purpose thermistor probes have a stainless steel sheath sealed at the tip for direct immersion into process liquids. The straight sheath design, with 40 inches of extension cable, adapts well to use with a wide variety of transition fittings. This design makes for a more compact probe when space limitations are a factor. For a straight sheath with strain relief spring and transition, see the TJ36-44000 series probe.
Thermistor resistances of 5,000 and 10,000 ohms are standard with 2,252, 3,000 and 30,000 ohm resistances available. Standard interchangeability is ± 0.2°C, with an optional interchangeability of ± 0.1°C available.

Good Product with Room for Improvement
This part meets almost all of our expectations. They give you plenty of cable to work with. Personally, we cut the cable to about 8 inches of length and put a connector on it for easy replacement. The only downside is there's no strain relief at the probe to cable transition. Our wire got bent back and forth several times over the course of a month and broke off. This kind of damage can not be fixed, requiring us to buy a new part. Overall, great product. Only improvement would be adding strain relief to the transition to prevent failure like this.

Can the unit be provided with 1/8" dia tube and a 44018 thermisor ?

Can a NIST traceable certificate be provided with this sensor?
