Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great Bought 3 of them a few months ago and after doing a little adjusting of the cutter it works great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could not get it work I bought two PST020A thermocouple wire strippers and they did not work. I followed the directions and tried everything I could think of but they simply did not work. I would say you're better off to order a custom 0.020" diameter thermocouple with the sheathing stripped than to try and use this wire stripper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Tool. Would buy again. Very well made tool. The ratcheting gear teeth are very fine mesh and it is very easy to crimp even the largest brass fittings. The handle grip is very comfortable. I highly recommend this crimper tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice tool Purchased this to strip the sheath from Mineral Insulated Cable (304-K-MO-062-DUAL-SLE). The stripper works very well and efficiently with a little bit of adjustment. There is a set screw which allows you to adjust the position of the cutting tool. Initially the tool was too close to the center, which caused the stripper to cut through the the sheath, insulation, and thermocouple wire. Actually that setting worked pretty well for cleaning up the cable after being cut to length with side cutters. Then after adjusting the tool back a bit, so that it only removed the outer sheath, it worked perfectly to strip the sheath. I used it in a power drill with around 300 rpm with light to moderate pressure, with the mineral cable claimed in a vice with soft jaws. Overall a very nice tool, and pretty much the only way to efficiently and cleanly strip mineral insulated cable.
