What kind of information can trigger the Out put Relays? I want to use this to monitor Temperature ranges, and if out of range trigger an output to a PLC to Alarm
Thank you for the inquiry. You can set alarm for "Abnormal" condition;
Set alarms for Abnormal conditions (TCBO, Overflow, invalid etc.) TCBO is thermocouple out of range.
Other alarm triggers are described in manual.

Is it possible to have the data save to a server? Is it possible to get it connected to wifi or does it have to be through only ethernet?

How can we automate the uploading of the data into a database for analysis ?
