Is this product just the terminal pads shown, or does it include resistors as well?

Dear Paul, the image shown here is incorrect, I am working on getting it fixed. It is not a terminal block, it is a two terminal electrical resistor. Similar to the image show in this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resistor If you need more help on how yo complete your bridge kindly email pressure@omega.com Thank you.

Do you also sell the terminal strips (shown in the image)?

Yes we do. The image is not the RES-350 Bridge Completion Resistor. It's actually our an image our BTP Bondable Terminal Strips. These are available in with various different spacings between the pads.
