Omega’s LC60 Series is a low cost, highly accurate, single point load cell, ideal for OEM applications such as electronic scales and weighing machines. The single point design is highly resistant to eccentric loading, allowing direct mounting to the scale base and weighing platform. The LC60 Series features a moisture-proof sealant and is available in ranges from 600 grams to 200 kilograms.

Accurate Load Cell, Reasonable Price
I used this load cell to create my own scale for a custom engineering research project. The results are comparable to a well-maintained scale in our lab but now I can log each the dynamic changes of the load in my data acquisition software of choice.

What is the maximum strain for the LC61SP-2kg?
The maximum calibrated load range is 0 to 2 kilograms. In case of occasional accidental overload the load cell can handle up to 120% of it's calibrated load range.

What is the creep specification of LC61SP-600G, LC61SP-3KG and LC62SP-6KG?

On aluminum load cells ,LC61SP-3KG. Are connection wires included? What is recommended the supply voltage? Is there a transfer function that can be used to convert Vout measurement to mass? What is the sensitivity? Thanks Victor

Output is a linear response over the sensors 0 to 3KG load range. Sensitivity of the LC61 is 1.0mV/V, +/- 0.1. A 0.45 meter long is attached to the unit. Wiring code= Red (+Exc), Black (-Exc), Green(+ Signal), White (- Signal). Maximum Excitation 18VDC.

What is the bandwidth of LC61SP-600 G? Is it compatible with a DAQ sampling over 2 kHz?
These load cell a simply full wheatstone bridge strain gage bases devices. Typical response time to a load change is 1 to 2 milliseconds. They should be compatible with a high speed DAQ system.
