Omega’s PSW2100 electronic pressure switches feature a fully programmable digital interface with monosilicon sensor technology. Setup and programming is painless with the use of three keys and a premium, easy-to-read 1” wide 5-digit OLED display. Visibility is maximized with a display capable of rotating 350° and also with two LEDs providing visual alarms. With the rotation capabilties and a rugged, well-protected IP67 housing rating, this pressure switch is capable of high performance in a wide variety of environments and installation positions. These features coupled with high accuracy make this switch a premium, user-friendly option for pressure measurement and monitoring.

The wetted parts of this pressure transducer are all 316 Stainless Steel. It would be ok to use with Helium

What is the Emission and immunity to interference standard that applies to PSW2100 switch? For example, EN 61326 or NAMUR NE 21

Will this switch work with a 4 pin M-12 connector?
This pressure switch requires a 5-pin M12 female connector. It will not interface with a 4-pin M12.

Just purchased a PSW2100-150C, I'm not getting a 4-20mA output, reads 21.1V open circuit and plugged into an measurement unit. Do I need to enable the output? Signal connection diagram is incorrect, Pin 3 RET pin 5 SIG 2 SW2 4 SW1
You should not have to enable the 4 to 20mA output. A wiring issue may be causing the problem. Reviewing the manual and will make corrections. Advise you contact us at pressure@omega.com with your contact information so we can respond directly with the resolution of this issue

Is this suitable for liquid measurement? The water we are measuring is contaminated with mercury.
The Process Connection Material for the PSW2100-400C is 316L SS, this material is suitable for liquids

Is this product capable of external visual warning/monitoring? As in output wired to 2-3 LEDs a couple feet away that read under pressure, good pressure, and/or overpressure? If not, could you point me in the direction of a product that does. Thank you.
The two on board transistor output can be wired to switch the power being used to drive the unit to also drive external alarm devices.
