These heaters are used in enclosures wherecondensation is to be prevented or thetemperature may not fall below a minimumvalue. In this way corrosion is avoided andan even temperature is ensured. The heatersare designed for permanent operation.SPECIFICATIONS

Product is not as advertised, no thermostat
I specifically purchased this item because both the title and the description (copied below) said the device came with a thermostat. When I received the item, there was no thermostat nor "built in" adjustable thermostat. When I wrote to the company about this omission they tried to explain it away as something non-adjustable and instead referenced me back to their website to buy an additional thermostat. I went to the hardware store instead and bought a line voltage tstat instead of going back to them and trusting they would sell me the right thermostat. If you buy this product under the assumption that you have the ability to set the temp range you want it to control to, my advice is to keep looking.

Do these heaters run on a battery rather than connect to your electric bill(utility bill electric?)
Thank you for your inquiry! These units are not battery operated and run on an exterior power supply. The supply voltage requirements are specified for the various models on the right side of the product page.

Does this heater produce 20W on 120VAC? Or is it 10W on 120V and 20W on 240V?
Thank you for your inquiry. CSK06030 is 20W. CSK06040 &CSK060401 is 10W. All at 120VAC.
